:X Several reasons not to go back...1). the inside of the bar smells like rotten beer. 2).The seats are so old and ripped up which is catch your clothes. 3.) The all male bartenders are so rough looking and the clothes they wear look the same. 4.)They charge top dollar for there drinks and even more when the band is playing. 5.) The carpet in the pool room is sticky and feels like you have gum on your shoe. 6.)The bar owner sue does not say hello to customers and doesnt make you feel appreciated. Best advice is to go elsewhere unless these reasons sound good to you.. handsome Joe

This guy clearly does not get this place. It's a neighborhood bar and yes the carpets are old and seats torn, just like every other bar in Saint Pete. The drinks are more expensive on band nights because they dont charge a cover for live bands that play great music. As far as the owner Sue she is very sweet and gracious to all that come in. This person clearly was thrown out for doing some dumb ass thing when he was drunk.

Relax joe, if you don't like it, don't go. Apparently the owner Sue is doing something right...it's still open and still busy!

:lol: I love this bar! I have a friend who plays in the band and I have gone to Brandys several times. Yes, it is old, but it is full of hometown personality! Handsome Joe must be used to those upity meat markets full of fake people! Walk away joe!!!!!

Well you heard wrong it does smell like smoke because its a smoking bar. But it does not have a unpleasant odor other than smoke , not sure where handjob joe got that from.
